A GREAT FEELING!! today I "whipped up" a delish din! I went wild and it was awesome, peppers, red onions, fresh garlic, fresh mushrooms, herbs, spices, sliced roasted almonds, spinach, chicken rice all medlied up. I felt like a good roomie making the house smell cozy on such a cold winters night. Then I didn't give them any....what a bitch I am! my tum ate it all!

So in my two weeks of crazy shenanigans and tom foolery I have completely neglected you. I have been working working working which i love love love! thats basically taken up most of my time. HOwever I will always find time for adventures and activities!

I even managed to help host a DINNER PARTY! whoa! whole new level of adult estrogen levels, but it was all things awesome! wine, cheese, veggies, meats FONDUE, jodies fantastic creation of goodness, and then to top it all off CHOCOLATE FONDUE! and the inevitable girl talk what a wonderful way to spend an evening!

Have I even talked about all hallows eve?! I WAS A GARDEN GNOME! WITH WOODLAND CREATURES! lou the owl and the other bird that never deemed important enough for a name...good guy though.

 how can you not have fun dressed up as that?! I even had a REAL LIFE woodland creature as well her name was Kerry, the featheriest bird in all the land. I went to go see the beatles play Srgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band at the Beggar the Friday then hoppped on a party bus with some of my most favorite people in Lethbridge on Saturday....decent weekend! Until Sunday when all of my laughter and smiles of the weekend turned into tears and shame....waaaaaa it all caught up to me and i then had to move out of my apartment. Woopsies! oh well! It's done now!

And now I'm completely moved into our girl castle!! all my stuff is now settled in! yaaaaaay! oh and P.S if you ever need to borrow any sort of kitchen utensil lets say....a spatula, can opener or ladel...just because its so awesome to say...ladel....well hop on over! cause I have never seen such a massive amount with all 3 of us having everything...shiiit we're probably the best neighbours ever! although I must admit I tried to say hi to my neighbour the other day and he wasn't having it...now it's awkward.....(insert awkward collar pull here)

And last night I was part of Kerr's photo shoot which was SOOOOO AWESOME!!!!! for her choose your own adventure book about a night at the hop.... where? what's this place called? Me nor my friends have ever partied there except for the past..every weekend for the past year and a half, So since we have never been to such a place it was extremely awkward and unnatural the whole photo shoot......NAAAAWWWWT! it was a blast! I took part in a game of spinners, a beer getting dumped on, an INTENSE arm wrestle, foosball, flirting with my boiii....it was a blast with all of our friends, can't wait to see the photos!

And to top it all of in the midst of everything I managed to drop my phone in water this week!! ahhhh!! it's not laying in a bed of rice all pulled apart....all I have to say about that.....shiiiiiit.

I'm trying to write this while struggling with my eyelids, they're really getting on my nerve right now...CAN'T YOU JUST LOSE SOME WEIGHT! they feel so heavy!

it's official I'm run down, my hairs (which are more blonde eeeee!!!!) are being secured by an elastic....a ponytail! and it's not even a high pony which is always worn in a time of fun. just a plain ol' pony, blah.

12 hour work days and packing my apartment up till the wee hours will do that to you. But it's okay once my move is done it will be smoooooooth sailing! and it's almost the weekend! I will escape to the land of narnia all weekend as I will be turning into a gnome as of 5 o'clock tomorrow night. Nothin but rainbows, meadows and possibly some woodland creatures for this chick. I'm stoked until then...lets pass the time by listening to

.Weekend Wars.

what a fabulous little diddy of a weekend. Friday my favorite boy Matt picked me up we continued on to Lord Nelsons that night for Modern Math my friend Evangelos spun and it was...how you say...SIIIIICK he goes by .Typist, scope now......................................................................................K what did ya think!? I met up with Ang who always brings a smile to this chicks face we danced our faces off until I felt a curtain of darkness come over me...what? whats happening... i've....gone....BLIND! oh wait! it's just Christine Clark surprising me! WOOOOOOOO I love running into people you haven't seen in a long time and it's way better when its unexpected. I seem to run into lots of people in lots of places! which I love I don't think it's because Im cool or anything it's because I have no filters and approach everyone, even strangers! which by the way my possible german friend Julia hasn't called. bitch. JOKES i'm kind of releaved honestly. It could have been a very awkward couple hours showing her around.

Saturday I woke up and went to consume food with 3 of the people I spend most of my time with which I love. It's weird to think that noodles covered in fish oil could taste oh sooo good. And any place called "The Essence of Saigon Gardens" well shiiiit it's gotta be good! the day went on with halloween dreams in sight which got all of us so pumped, I just kind of wish I wasn't going to a pub, rather still trick or treating...candy is my kryptonite and I don't even mind. We all went to Jackass 3D that night laughs were had.

Then Sunday rolled around I love Sundays listen to good music that warms your soul usually vinyl is always better but ESPECIALLY on sundays i love the whistles and pops..mmmm, stay in bed late with ma faves boi. Make the best brunch cozy cozy cozy. the day went on until it was time to go to the Flames game! Heroin Beers and faaaaar too many nachos with 10 friends.....let me check....yup...life is wonderful, i just googled it.

I GOT A PROMOTION! and it's just the best! I'm so happy and excited and anxious and nervous! all I wanna do is dance around!

but it's going to be a wild week, I need to work my normal gig 8:30-5, then shadow from 6-10 most of the week and still manage to PACK my place and MOVE!!! all Thursday! GAAAAAAAAAAAAH oh well! it's all going to be worth it! new job! new roomates! Kerry and Jodie I don't think I could think of two better chicks! we're all going to get to share music and clothes and eat tofu together! haha like the original Nancy Drew Crew.

 and THEN this weekend my best friend and long lost twin ms Alex Loader will be back in my arms, only to dress up as a garden gnome and party with some of my favorite people. WOOOOOOO life is juuuuuuuuust dandy.

Today whilst roaming around aimlessly on my lunch break to enjoy some sunshine on my skin and people watch (DEFINITLEY a fave of mine). I saw this girl get off a transit bus, she then continued to sit down and pull out a map of calgary. I swear this thing wouldn't stop unfolding, quite amuzing to watch actually. She looked confused, lost, sad, hungry, lonely...k actually no she just looked like a tourist! So immediatley I asked
"Where are you from?!"

*startled* she looked up at me looking around pointing at herself, "Me?"

"yea!"

"Germany!"

COOOOOOOOOOL!!!!! I thought she was going to say Hanna or some other rural farming community via Alberta, (hopefully a town that still had a SAAN store, ya know) I don't really know why but Germany was a way cooler answer than anything I was thinking of! We continued to talk and chit chat! She had just gotten in from Germany last night. Seemed like a very cool girl I figured if the situation was flipped and I was new to Germany I'd want some locals to befriend me! I gave her my number and am now expecting a call from a random German girl named Julia. I said I would show her around and introduce her to people! I wonder if we will become great friends that will always keep in touch and write letters back and forth  A PEN PAL! and a REAL pen pal! ink and paper steez (preferably a quill pen and sealed with wax) none of this "internet  machine" stuff.

I WENT TO THE CIRCUS! it was everything a small child with a huge lollipop would hope it would be! However I was a grown up with a beer instead ...COOOOOL! it left me wondering 2 things

1. oh.my.SWEET.JESUS.is this real life?!.
2. WHAT AM I GOING TO BE FOR HALLOWEEN!?! GAAAAH

so after my palms stopped sweating watching these very small french carnies twirl and fly around I thought....I wanna be a small french carnie for hallows eve! k....maybe not, im not nearly french nor carnie enough for that! but what could I be? it's actually all I think about when I wake up, right before I go to bed, in the shower, at work....oh no! it's CONSUMING ME HELP. in the meantime this makes me smile...I love Vaneez.
